ハイカー君の代理日記：ネパールアンナプルナ・トレッキング⑨ Muktinath→Kagbeni

Thorong la passを過ぎると、3760mのMuktinathまで一気に降ってきます。Hiker君本人も、そこまで降った感じはしなかったようです。

この日はこちらへ宿泊。そして、久々のハンバーガー。肉！です。

ここから更にKagbeni、2,800mまで降っていきます。

あっという間に、別世界。遠くに山々が見えますが、1日前はその山頂にいたとは思えないほどです。宿について、少し村を散策です。

ここKagbeniは、カリガンダキ川の流域に位置する。ジョムソムから王都ロマンタンへの登山道、ムクティナートへの登山道との分岐点付近に位置し、ヒマラヤで最も古い村のひとつとのこと。

After passing Thorong la pass, he descended all the way down to Muktinath at 3760 m. Hiker-kun himself did not feel like he had descended that far.

He stayed here for the night. And I had a hamburger for the first time in a long time. Meat! It’s meat!
From here, he continued our descent to Kagbeni, 2,800 meters above sea level.
In no time at all, we were in a different world. You can see the mountains in the distance, but it is hard to believe that we were at the top of them a day ago. After arriving at the lodge, he took a short walk around the village.
Here in Kagbeni is located in the basin of the Kaligandaki River. It is located near the junction of the trail from Jomsom to the royal city of Romantang and the trail to Muktinath, and is one of the oldest villages in the Himalayas.
